Establishing policies that promote company culture and vision
Overseeing the operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance etc.)
Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth

Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance
Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)
Manage relationships with partners/vendors
Trouble shooting for important issues with customers
Update internal working process per Customer and training for new staff
Update Sourcing map for fabric development & sourcing
Company representative for visitors
Implementation of a project to increase productivity with heads of production
Periodical Report to Chairwoman on biz sales, open order, Gross Margin, New Order Projection
Major activities of departments, News related to customers and Human Resource Matters
Planning Biz strategy and Implementation
Planning by prioritizing customer, employee and organizational requirements.
Maintaining, monitoring, guiding and training staffing levels, Knowledge-Skills-Attributes(KSA),
Expectations and motivation to fulfill organizational requirement

Proven experience as Chief Operating Office or relevant role
Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing etc.
Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure and MS Office
Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus
