Increasing SMEC's market share through sustainable growth of the division and collaboration with other divisions
Providing leadership and management to the managers and employees located in the division to deliver optimal performance, resourcing, retention and professional development
Enhancing SMEC's reputation and brand-awareness through targeted high-level client relationship management and business development activity
Ensuring there is adequate governance of proposals and projects in the division to manage risk and deliver project performance that consistently meets or exceeds expectation in terms of budget and quality.
Successfully leading a business, business line or large group with revenues in excess of $ 50 million.
An understanding of the full project life cycle from conception to completion
Excellent skills in project management, financial management and communication supplemented by good analytical skills.
Building strong and fruitful client relationships in the engineering industry.
Leading others to improve performance. You will have proven management experience at a senior level with strong leadership and motivational ability.
Relevant experience in Asia Pacific will be an advantage.
