Job Description

  1. Be part of Executive Management in strategy development and implementation process,
  2. Lead IT strategy and operational processes in a way that they align with business strategy to achieve overall  goal by fostering innovation,
  3. Prioritize the IT initiatives and Coordinate the evaluation and deployment of existing and new IT systems, tools and processes,
  4. Analyze the technology infrastructure and its alignment with business strategy.
  5. Develop and maintain appropriate IT structures to ensure a sustainable response to current and future business needs,
  6. Seek, evaluate and implement appropriate and cost effective investments in IT resources such as staffing, outsourcing, in- house development and purchasing,
  7. Ongoing Risk assessment and course correction on current and future IT systems and infrastructure,
  8. Develop, monitor and evaluate annual capital and operating budgets to ensure they are in line with business strategy, Assess and make suggestion on improvement or re-engineering of IT policies, process, infrastructure, security and other aspects of the IT infrastructure, hardware and software.
  9. Monitor, support and develop both internal IT resources as well as any external resources.
  10. Coordinate and facilitate with all stakeholders to define business and system requirement for new system implementation or existing system enhancement,
  11. Review hardware and software purchase and maintenance contracts and recommend the best options for approval.
  12. Establish or review IT policies and procedure including but not limited to
  • Service level agreements with end users,
  • Key Risk Indicators of each IT system in use,
  • Business continuity planning,
  • Recovery time objective,
  • System security.
    Review and Monitor whole IT system and performance,
    Supervise recruitment, retention and development of staff to meet current and future needs. 

Job Requirements

  1. At least Bachelorís Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent qualification.
  2. Master degree in any of these fields is preferred.
  3. At least 10 yearsí experience and with at least 7 years at a management level,
  4. Experience in strategic planning and execution, 
  5. Considerable experience in business process management,
  6. Substantial experience in the management of data processes, hardware platforms, infrastructure and security, Proven excellence in project management and of successful project delivery
  7. Ability to apply IT solutions to business challenges in a cost effective manner,
  8. Proven leadership ability,
  9. Proven ability to set the priority of initiative to align with business need.
  10. Excellent in written and oral communication,
  11. Honesty, excellent interpersonal skill, strong negotiation skill and attention to detail,
  12. Strong ability to present idea in business friendly and user friendly language,
  13. Meticulous approach to analysis, evaluation and problem solving,
  14. Ability to motivate and create a collaborate environment,
  15. Ability to construct business models and write business plans with financial projections.
