- Responsible for developing long-term and short-term strategic plans of the Company
- Administering departments / divisions to achieve targets and targets for each department, ensuring the achievement of the overall objectives of the company.

+ Business strategy:
- Ensuring the current and future objectives of the Company in accordance with the business strategy to increase sales and profit
- To ensure the efficient development and management of all business divisions as well as the Media, Business, Program, ... of the Company, aiming at long-term development.
- Strengthen the relationship of media owners to effectively cooperate with special vehicles such as VTV, HTV, Vinh Long, ...
- Cooperate with member companies in the group, take advantages, incentives, ... to develop the company both in terms of business and brand
- Supervising, monitoring and implementing the plan. Promptly inform the Board of Directors and propose measures to deal with changes
+ Organization / Management:
- Responsible for operating the company's operating personnel, operating mechanism and procedures effectively
- Build and develop a corporate culture to create a dynamic working environment, healthy competition, unity of sharing and cohesion among the company's departments.
- Reasonable structure of human resources and appropriate human resource planning to ensure that the work does not overlap and achieve the highest efficiency.
- Develop and supervise the implementation of long-term and short-term staffing plans, directly recruiting personnel for the company
- Coordinate with the Human Resources and Finance Department to develop the salary and bonus mechanism in line with the Company's strategy and objectives.
- Support all department heads of each department to fulfill their duties and responsibilities
- Coordinate the budgeting and cost norms for the Company's projects
- Responsible for controlling and balancing the sales target, growth, operating budget and profit of each project and results of production and business activities in the fiscal year.
