To make a due diligence of all digital workstreams within the Group
To assess and to evaluate all existing agency relationships to build the roadmap for internalization
To identify and recommend the correct moves and timing for the relevant current employees to become part of this digital Agency
To define the scope of work for this digital Agency, and the road map to set up the associated capabilities/resources
To define the working process to maximize the efficiency of the digital Agency to serve all internal clients
To work and Interact with the Steering Committee to validate the recommendations on the above (the right plan and structure to move forward, the road map)
To work with the Steering Committee to manage the operations of the digital Agency
Monitoring the agency activities, ensuring the business operates within guidelines with efficiency.
Overseeing operational improvement across all areas of the digital Agency.
Providing strategic analysis, forecasts and projections to the business.
Investigating opportunities to grow the business and to support the BUs through tactical and relevant recruitments
Overseeing the agency organization.
Bachelor/MBA degree in related field.
Digital web agency background with significant experience in delivering digital marketing solutions.
Previous experience providing strategic and operational guidance.
Significant experience in managing Digital teams.
Confident communicator capable of inspiring strong collaboration in an organization involving many Business Units.
Strong communication skills, presentation skills, leadership skills and influencing abilities.
Problem analysis and problem-solving.
Good written and oral communication English skills is a pre-requisite.
