Search and discover the new business opportunities and establish a strong business relationship with the partners
Develop the business strategies and business plans through investigating the industry trends and competition and evaluating the effectiveness of the sales, methods, costs and results. Identify the marketing strategy with the marketing team and incorporate them into the business plan
To achieve sales target by creating and lead business development plan over the short to medium term
To widely cover given sales territory and products line
To anticipates customer needs, provide consultation on latest technology and identifies short term or long term solutions
To work in a dynamic and progressive environment and to build opportunities and increase market share
To response to customer enquiries and attend to customer problems in the shortest time
To build up good relationship with customer to enhance customer retention
Be creative in handling customer enquiries and ultimately generate more sales revenue
To co-manage the Pre and Post sales support such as: - Demonstration, Application Requirements, Presentation, Product training, Testing, etc.
To assist in tender preparation with the technical team
On the day to day routine, responsible for the commercial inquiry and correspondence with the partners
To carry out extra duties or assume any other responsibilities assigned from time to time
Minimum 4 years experience.
Experience and knowledge in the channel partner management
Experience in Networking, solution selling, and IT Security knowledge
Highly independent, resourceful, aggressive & result oriented.
Good Communication skills with all levels when facing channel and clients
Must have time management and good organization skill
Language required: English and local language
