Job Description

Key Areas of Accountabilities
  • Organize and run the operations to cover rollout and managed services of mobile telecom infrastructure.
  • Closely coordinate with government agencies such as regulatory bodies, tax authorities.
  • Coordinate with operators for rollout activities and supervise projects processes.
  • Develop and improve customer relationships.
  • Drive local sales effort of the company.
  • Develop strategies for pricing and trend development.
  • Study and analyze local market and various opportunities.
  • Overlook all support functions: Engineering Department and Supporting Department.
  • Make sure the budget Management and accountabilities for each project.
  • Overseeing the design and approval of high quality project plans in line with the objectives of the company strategy.
  • To lead project implementation and to make sure every team member goal know the of the company
  • Identifying, developing, and introducing new business development products to meet the
  • Preparing business reports, work plans and budgets.
  • Participating in internal and external meetings related to Telecom activities.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the company.
  • Manage, motivate, develops the Atlas Team.
  • Manage resources efficiently and effectively to achieve the company’s objectives.
  • Chair Management Team meetings.
  • requirements of the evolving Telecom sector;
  • Take a leadership role in establishing or developing the company’s culture and values.
  • Ensure that there is a succession plan in place.
  • Various additional services as required from time to time by Company/Board.
  • Manage all HOD, reporting into directly.

Job Requirements

Experience & Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / MBA / Master’s degree.
  • A knowledge and understanding of telecom industry experience.
  • Sound knowledge of, and experience in, developing, negotiating and managing a complex range of contracts and agreements with external parties.
  • Minimum of Ten (10) years’ experience in Telecommunication Industry is essential.
  • Experience in the management, promotion and delivery of corporate communication strategic and operational activities.
  • Demostrated experience from telecommunication systems and networks such as tetra, wireless, security and surveillance systems & RF radio system & IT networks.
Skills or Competencies Requirement
  • Proven experience as Chief Executive Officer or similar role in related field
  • Demonstrable experience in Strong Leadership, focused on training of subordinates.
  • Strong financial and business acumen and experience.
  • Understanding of different business disciplines (IT, finance etc.)
  • Proficient in MS Office and business software (e.g. CRM)
  • A leader with both creative and analytical capabilities
  • Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities
