Job Description

  • Effectively manage the Property Division by directly activities of the division to ensure the objectives are met.
  • Responsible for strategic planning on a long term basis for the division.
  • Lead the division through optimum application for available resources.
  • Establish operational budgets and ensures that the budgeted goals are achieved and cost objectives are met.
  • Constantly motivates the employee by way of effective communication.
  • Fully accountable for the revenue, expenses and cashflow management of respective projects.
  • Ensure issues related to the Governmental bodies and local council are attended to expediently.
  • Ensure timely completion of the development project in accordance with the development phases.
  • Carry out effective liaison with the contractors and sub-contractors, where applicable.
  • Develop effective liaison with the contractors and sub-contractors, where applicable.
  • Develop effective sales and marketing strategies to ensure successful product launch
  • Ensure product defects and liabilities are attended expediently
  • Explores new development potentials through alliances, joint ventures, mergers and etc.

Responsible for all matters pertaining to:

  • Ensuring designs of new product development to meet the suitability and sustainability needs.
  • Review and expedite construction progress with value engineering.
  • Develop dynamic sales & marketing strategies to boost sales performance.
  • Sustain and innovative culture for research and development across the organization
  • Improving organizational capabilities via a Business Re-Alignment plan by Project Management.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years' of working experience in property/construction companies.
  • Required languages(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • A team player with good interpersonal skills.
  • Strong initiative, multi-tasking and able to work independently.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Kota Damansara.
