Job Description

Our Client a Leading Search Engine Optimization, Online Marketing and IT solutions Corp in Philippines.



  • Creates annual operating plans that support strategic direction set by the board and correlate with annual operating budgets; submits annual plans to the board for approval
  • Collaborates with the board to define and articulate the organization’s vision and to develop strategies for achieving that vision


  • Promotes a culture that reflects the organization’s values, encourages good performance, and rewards productivity
  • Hires, manages, and fires the human resources of the organization according to authorized personnel policies and procedures that fully conform to current laws and regulations
  • Oversees the operations of organization and manages its compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

Financial management

  • Oversees staff in developing annual budgets that support operating plans and submits budgets for board approval
  • Prudently manages the organization's resources within budget guidelines according to current laws and regulations
  • Provides prompt, thorough, and accurate information to keep the board appropriately informed of the organization’s financial position

HR management

  • Policy development and documentation
  • Employee relations
  • Performance management and improvement systems
  • Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting

Marketing and PR

  • Manage advertising opportunities in other theatre program, press and at venues
  • Organize the availability of company members for media/PR events as necessary
  • Co-ordinate the invitation of potential future promoters and supporters of the company

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of a BA, ideally with an MBA, MPA or related advanced degree
  • At least 10 to 18 years of overall professional experience
  • Prior nonprofit experience ideal; management of a global or multisite organization preferred
  • Significant board development, fundraising, marketing/branding and fiscal management experience a must
  • A financially savvy and politically astute leader with the ability to set clear priorities, delegate, and guide investment in people and systems; keen analytic, organization and problem solving skills, which support and enable sound decision making
  • Excellent coalition building skills with an ability to communicate and work effectively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders; a persuasive negotiator able to achieve consensus amongst differing opinions
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills and the experience and proclivity to be an outgoing spokesperson, relationship builder, and fundraiser
  • Strong commitment to the professional development of staff; successful track record of recruiting and retaining a diverse team
  • Must be bilingual - fluent in verbal and written English and Chinese (Mandarin)
  • Must be willing to relocate at Manila, Philippines (Housing and Travel allowance will provide)
