Regional health initiatives in population health; in line with service planning directions and strategies from MOH.
Develop new models of integrated care pilot programs, in partnership with private and people sector partners to improve quality of care
Drive health promotion and prevention initiatives within the organisation
Provide clinical and/or public health inputs (e.g. epidemiology) to the development of service capacity (e.g. planning for new facilities) in support of organisation’s initiatives.
Provide coordination and governance over organisation’s initiatives.
Support the development of clinical governance and policies to guide clinical matters and operations within organisation’s initiatives.
Develop and implement the standard of clinical care within entities and service partnerships to drive supportive care initiatives across the care continuum. Thereafter, evaluate compliance and performance for the major aspects of nursing care through performance indicators (e.g. clinical and process outcomes, service levels).
Oversee and maintain surveillance of clinical standards, clinical quality and patient safety in entities and service partnerships.
Participate and facilitate programme / health services research within the organisation; assess clinical effectiveness and cost-benefit of new models of care.
Master degree in Public Health or Healthcare Management. MBBS will be an added advantage.
Minimum 3 years relevant working experience, preferably in healthcare sector.
Proven track records in relationship building and project management.
Good communication (both verbal and written), presentation and negotiation skills.
