Provide effective and cost-efficient services on all processes and equipment that support the set up and ongoing management of merchants accepting and processing credit and debit card transactions on EDC terminal operations, software development, certification testing and technical support to merchants
Monitor vendor performance through periodic structured management reviews covering the vendorís performance against its contractual obligations, BCP planning and daily activities.
Supervise a team to handle customer disputed transactions received through all channels and chargebacks processing, including initiating/processing a dispute and processing pre-arbitration/arbitration cases
University in related discipline OR other relevant qualifications
Minimum of five years of experience in related fields, with at least 3 years at Supervisory level
Good knowledge of application software and familiar with the operation of different Bankís systems, including but not limited to HCC, VisaOnline, MasterCom Pro, CDRS
Sound knowledge and understanding of card market, merchant operations and operating regulations of card associations
Comprehensive knowledge of PC application software and EDC terminal applications
Good leadership, communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
Strong self-motivation, with ability to work independently and under pressure
Proficiency in both English and Chinese
