Job Description

  • Headcount plan and control
  • Personnel cost planning and management
  • Performance assessment & management
  • Ensures accurate and timely management of payroll, benefits and tax related services.
  • Develop and manage cost-effective & competitive practices of compensations and benefits, rewards and recognitions
  • Develop of both HR operations and business operations-related policies/SOPs, including Company Regulations
  • Manage work permits, residence cards and visas for expatriate staff members and their family members
  • Take leadership in organizing company events

Job Requirements

  • At least 8 years experience at managerial level of C&B function for companies with large number of employees (>1000 headcounts)
  • At least Bachelor degree
  • Good level of English
  • Strategic viewpoint of C&B and HR development
