Ensures accurate and timely management of payroll, benefits and tax related services.
Develop and manage cost-effective & competitive practices of compensations and benefits, rewards and recognitions
Develop of both HR operations and business operations-related policies/SOPs, including Company Regulations
Manage work permits, residence cards and visas for expatriate staff members and their family members
Take leadership in organizing company events
At least 8 years experience at managerial level of C&B function for companies with large number of employees (>1000 headcounts)
At least Bachelor degree
Good level of English
