Job Description

  • Managing the operations of the sales and marketing team

  • Overseeing the sale of nutraceutical products to MC and OTC channels

  • Developing company business capabilities in terms of operational excellence, cash revenue, reputation and brands

  • Implementing business unit strategies and participating in the company's overall strategic decision-making

  • Planning marketing strategies and activities to increase sales volumes

  • Setting marketing budgets to support the sales team

  • Ensuring the team achieves sales targets and company KPIs

  • Coaching and training subordinates to ensure the maintenance of company standards

  • Coordinating with internal and external parties

Job Requirements

  • Aged between 37and 45 years.

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a pharmaceutical field.

  • 10 years' experience in the sale and marketing of pharmaceutical, nutritional, cosmetic, supplement or related products. At least 5 years' experience at a management level.

  • Very good English communication skills.

  • Strong leadership and management skills.

  • A fast learner, proactive and service-minded.
