Job Description

Metrics Management:

  •   Identify the projects required & mentoring the team to work on the projects

  •  Identify revenue leakage processes and run improvement projects to contain such losses

  •  Drive end-to-end black belt projects across processes

  •  Recommend the six sigma & lean projects in the organization

  •  Benchmarking of best in class performance internally & externally

  •  Managing any external awards & recognition

Team Management:

  •  Capability to train and conduct workshops in Six Sigma, Kaizens, Lean training etc

  •  Conduct & mentor GB & BB projects

  •  Coordinate with the senior management team members to drive change and improvement

  •  Reward & recognize the excellent performers in the team

  •  Review team performance

  •  To drive quality culture in the process & make quality as a way of life

  •  Contribute towards overall team development by regular updates to the team on any new quality tools etc

  •   Motivate team members and ensure minimal attrition

Data Analysis:

  •  Utilize quality tools to provide a comprehensive analysis of the quality metrics at an account level

Value Addition:

  •  Effective running of the projects and recommending any process or other enhancements

  •  Develop process improvement strategy for the client, planning and execution

  •  Initiate process improvements through quick wins -Best Practice implementation


  •  Review controls set for any projects

  •  Contribute to internal or external reviews (monthly/quality reviews)

Self Improvement:

  •  Build on competencies for the next level or another thread of the quality team

  •  Proactively approach to enroll self in trainings identified based on discussions and self evaluation/interests

  •  Have an in-depth understanding of all the quality tools, six sigma, kaizens etc

Job Requirements

  •  Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.

  •  Computer skills: MS Excel, MS Word, Microsoft Access, MS PowerPoint, Minitab

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree  in any field.

  • Advance experience with quality audits and audit hosting

  •  Presentation skills including administering employee training sessions and hosting  customer quality auditors.

  •  Proficiency in MS Office.

  •  Lean or Six Sigma black belt certification is required

  •  8-10 years' experience in the area of process improvement, preferably in the BPO industry

  •   Able to establish, implement and continuously improve the quality information security policies assigned to him / her.

  •  Willing to travel

  •  Extensive Client Interface

  •  Minumum 5yrs as Business Transformation/Solutions Architect

  •  Able to establish structures and procedures to protect classified information

  • Able to report information security related incidents without any delay to the proper authorities

  •  Able to participate during training, orientation and awareness programs pertaining to QISMS & HIPAA
