Job Description

  • Represent business users to participate in IT and other business projects to improve underwriting and operations of Retail Team
  • Develop and maintain management information system to produce new reports according to management control, business development or operations needs
  • Process Improvement Handling, Management and Reporting
  • Support Central Complaint Unit in customer complaint investigation and resolution

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder or above in related discipline
  • Experience in handling projects is a must
  • Knowledge in GI product, process, and underwriting required
  • CII or ANZII qualification preferred but not essential
  • Experience in management information handling and business planning
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Strong team work, interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Excellent PC skills, with good knowledge of application software including MS Office and Chinese word processing
  • Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
