As a Business Director, you will be responsible for day to day operations of the Advertising Agency and the development of new business opportunities locally and in the region. You will also manage existing business relationships to ensure client retention and organically grow the business and lead new account pitches. Travel to our overseas office might be required on occasion.
As an Account Director, you should be a strong people person and be passionate about advertising. You will have the opportunity to work with exciting brands on a regional and local level and be responsible for pitching new businesses and organically growing existing accounts. Familiarity with interactive projects and e-marketing is a plus.
Advertising professionals with min. 5-8 years business development or account management experience preferred. Other industry experience will not be considered as this is a management role and a track record in the advertising industry is vital.
Candidates are expected to be university holder and possess a high level of drive, initiative and leadership skills. Excellent written and communications skills in English will be mandatory. Should be IT-savvy and have the ability to embrace the latest technologies. Fluency in other languages will be an added advantage.
Applicants must be willing to work in Singapore as the job is Singapore-based.
