The successful candidate will be expected to understand customers’ commercial requirements and will be given the opportunity of quick promotion in return for having the ability to take greater responsibility and demonstrating a growing ability to manage customer requirements. The Business Development Manager/ Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for the following:
Setting sales strategies and guiding the sales team.
Expanding the market and pursuing new business opportunities.
Approaching potential customers, presenting the company services and following up with these potential customers to increase sales of the company.
Preparing quality solutions, quotation and proposals in response to client enquiries, which many times will involve gathering related information and working on cost estimations, whilst ensuring pre-determined profit margins are maintained.
Negotiating contractual terms and conditions with customers that maximise benefits to the company.
Monitoring sales performance and service competitiveness.
Developing excellent long-term partnerships and relationships with key customers to maximise business growth and customer satisfaction.
Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field.
At least 5 years experience of B-to-B relationships with an emphasis on business development / sales and marketing management in any industry.
Dynamic and mature person with great initiative and high energy levels.
Having strong leadership, communication and presentation skills.
Good command of written and spoken English.
