Prepare business development plan based on research and market analysis.
Maintain the relationship with current and potential clients.
Pro-actively research new project opportunities, potential new Clients, market trends and competitors.
Obtain, assess and advise on the Client’s requirements, technical and design expectations.
Continuously contact and follow up with Clients.
Responsible for the development of new and repeat business opportunities. This entails identifying the project and client, making contact with the client’s representative up until and including contract negotiations and its finalization.
Prepare design service proposals, including project description, scope of work, time schedule consultancy fees, payment schedule and seek General Director’s validation prior to issuing the proposal.
Build and support business activities to ensure business plans and financial goals are met quarterly.
Negotiate contract terms and consultancy service fees with potential new Clients
Assist in describing the scope of work and legal contract conditions at each phase of the project.
Prepare all documents for pre-qualification, bidding, and following up as bidding procedures requires
Assist Hanoi Office for BD activities, as and when required.
Vietnamese citizen with strong network of local contact
> 7 years of experience in a similar role in a design consultancy environment
Excellent command of both written & spoken English
Professional, responsible, confident, positive, pleasant, trustworthy and client-oriented
Knowledge about the Hanoi real estate and construction market is an advantage, but not a requirement.
