Refine (at least annually) sales strategies with a focus on maximizing customer satisfaction through exceptional customer service, providing information about products and services that suit and fulfill customers' needs.
Contribute to the growth of VNM GTRF market profile and enhancing HSBC trade profile internally and externally to improve awareness of GTRF business and generate new sales opportunities.
Keep abreast with market environment to different business units within GTRF, actively plan for any impact through maintaining close proximity to the changing market trends and have an in-depth awareness of operational issues within the market
Bachelor degree holder.
Good command of English and strong in PC softwares kills.
Minimum 5 years experience in trade finance or corporate relationship management.
Good knowledge of trade products and International Rules applied such as: UCP 600, ISBP, URC, URDG, ISP etc
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong at new business development skills and experience.
Excellent ability to identify and develop business opportunity from existing clients to maximise share of wallet.
