Job Description

  • Grow DXR business in Thailand to achieve both short-term and long-term business objectives and sales targets.
  • Develop a clear business strategy and plan to drive the DXR business growth by managing key dealers and identifying new dealers.
  • Provide necessary information on the DXR market map and analysis, local market intelligence, and also customer insights to APAC
  • Develop qualified project leads with hospitals, universities, and government, and present business cases to the Regional leaders in case of important Go / No-Go decisions for projects
  • Manage and develop relationships with KOLs
  • Work to increase DXR awareness and its value proposition to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide feedback to Regional team on market feedbacks and how to tailor to meet specific market needs
  • Provide business progress reports to Regional leaders
  • Organize user groups and seminars when required to do so.
  • Attend exhibitions and relevant local meetings, organize and present lectures as seen appropriate.

Job Requirements

  • 5-8 years in sales and/or business development roles with in-depth knowledge and professional experience of healthcare markets (healthcare system, modalities or pharmaceuticals)
  • Experience in strategic initiatives pertaining to alliances, partnerships, etc. in combination of Business Management and Strategic planning skills and a high commitment to delivery and deadlines.
  • Ability to manage dealers and its sales force to drive sales growth in new and existing markets
  • Ability to identify local opportunities, interact with decision makers, KOLs and provide highest-quality leads as a result
  • High degree of executive maturity with ability to influence major decisions within the market.
  • Excellent in commercial communication skills and interpersonal skills with ability to develop relationship with all-level stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic mindset
  • Verbal and written Thai and English
