The Business Development Manager will work as the leader of a newly established general recruitment team.
The Business Development Manager will report to the Director and will be responsible for ensuring the profitability of the team by aggressively selling PRTRís range of recruitment services and ensuring that customers are provided with quality solutions.
The Business Development Manager will meet and advise existing clients on PRTRís range of services, respond to new clientsí requests for information and will actively seek new clients.
The Business Development Manager will be expected to compile reasonably complex quotations that offer PRTRís clients solutions to their requirements, whilst ensuring that pre-determined profit margins are maintained.
The Business Development Manager will be expected to approach new clients by performing telesales functions and arranging meetings with clients to present PRTRís services.
The successful candidate will be expected to be a key contributor in deciding PRTRís future sales and marketing strategies and customer target groups.
This will also involve carrying out recruitment projects, planning resources to complete projects, sourcing, approaching and interviewing candidates and offering them new job opportunities.
The candidate must have a high level of intelligence, the ability and interest to understand the whole commercial cycle, relevant B-to-B experience, with an outgoing personality and extremely positive outlook on life.
The Business Development Manager will have a high level of integrity, very good English skills and the necessary commitment and interest to provide our clients with profitable solutions.
Bachelorís degree or higher in any related fields.
