Analyze and plan a financial budget and control budget for both short-term and long-term strategy
Generate and distribute approved communications to existing property owners under agreement.
Communicate with landownersí and legal counsel regarding questions or concerns about agreements
Ensure that agreements are accurate and meet legal review before distribution
Organize and execute community outreach opportunities with property owners
Bachelorís/Masterís Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, and related field
Have 5-7 years experience of business development, marketing, business/financial analyst in property/real estate developer
Good command of English
Possesses strong analytical thinking, business oriented, and interpersonal skill
