Manage the Business Development of Hydro Power Business in the region, in coordination with Hydro Regional Sales Director for SEA Region.
Indentify and get support from decision makers including Engineering and Financial institutions.
Provide support to the business during the tendering and negotiation phases in securing and managing adequately all information flows and stakeholders (competitor strategy and tactics, customer feedback, etc.). Ensure the tender meets both customer and business requirements in line with the acquisition strategy.
Participate in preparation and periodically update, Company Profiles for key accounts. Prepare and periodically update, Country Sales Strategy.
At least 20 years experiences in similar capacity with multi-national company, preferably in power generation industry.
Familiar with contracting works.
Technical sales and marketing.
Be able to approach high ranking management.
Excellent communication in English.
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
