Job Description

The BDM builds market position by locating, developing, proposing, negotiating, and closing business relationships by contacting potential clients through discovering and exploring opportunities. BDM is also responsible for identifying trendsetting ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements. The BDM should ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning of sales, identifying strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new customers
  • Creating and maintaining strong relationship with potential clients and engage customer at senior levels.
  • Develop strategies effectively to create new leads and customers in regular basis.
  • Developing new business opportunities and setting up meetings for presentation
  • To prepare, plan and implement sales strategies to achieve sales target set by management
  • Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
  • Ensure that the CRM systems are accurately updated
  • Developing business proposals and contracts whenever necessary
  • Good knowledge on trends and market competitors.
  • Actively participate in networking events, related seminars, webinars and other related sales activities.
  • Prepare reports on sales achieved and forecast required.
  • To be able to engage in full sales cycle starting from sourcing to closing a deal

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Degree holders
  • Minimum two years in sales on software solution like HRIS and Application Tracking System.
  • Good communication and written skills
  • Excellent in presentation. Must be capable to provide product demos to clients
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows platform, Microsoft Office application and network
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize in effective manner
  • Able to attend to tender requirements and RFQ
  • Pro-active and self-driven
  • Excellent in Business Development
  • Able to deal with all levels
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information.
  • Coordinate proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
  • Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth
