Supporting and promoting the growth of Personal Health sales and margins assigned to the Distributors as defined by the regional team aiming to maximize profitable growth and customer satisfaction.
Maximize distribution coverage and identify & address new business models, customer needs and channel opportunities.
Deploy and execute strategies and tactical (account and channel) plans based on customer needs synchronized and aligned with the Business Units (BU) and the regional office.
Search and development (including training & education) of Channel Partners, shop floor staff and promoters in cooperation with regional office
Develop and implement Marketing Plan including distribution, MarCom, Category Management and priorities while managing A&P budget, based on alignment with regional office
Determine product portfolio and manage product lifecycles including Product Introduction Process and phase out together with Category/Business Unit
Execute pricing based on framework developed by regional office, including benchmark to ensure profitability
Conduct regular review of key Marketing performance indicators and develop effective action lists
Develop the brand in the minds of consumers through extensive and continuous demo and roadshow plans together with the channel partners
Ensure a consistent and coordinated Philips approach towards Channel Partners across all BUís and with regional office: conducting regular sales meetings with regional sales office to review performance of partners, results, forecasting, market intelligence, compliance governance
Provide input to regional office to support the latterís sales planning process including activity plan, managing the stock levels across the chain and follow-up.
Understand and provide input for the regional planning exercise: market trends, customer needs (business models, specís, price), competitor behavior, potential projects and other relevant business information
Responsible that the (Channel) Partner complies with to Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), General Business Principles (GBP) and other applicable PH and legal guidelines
Responsible that the (Channel) Partner complies with all regulatory, technical, legal and competency requirements, including but not limited to Partner training, review & audit, improvement & corrective actions, guidance & support as and when required to enable the (Channel) Partner to provide service and support to PH products in concordance with PH standards
Degree level education or equivalent, MBA from reputable University preferred
Prior B2C experience in the consumer space
Broad experience in Business development and Marketing (especially in B2C Marketing and Channel Management)
Fluent in English, verbal and written in addition to local language
Sales & Marketing track record of success with a multinational FMCG organization preferred.
Track record of driving results in a competitive environment
