Job Description

  • Elaborate marketing & sales plan for Industrial sector (mainly Oil & Gas, Process Power & Utilities and Construction) aiming at development of business and rapid growth
  • Develop detailed Action Plan for Key Accounts management, Key Accounts to be identified, but should include firstly the National Companies and the Main International players and relevant Authorities
  • Identify business opportunities for company incl. following up on new or ongoing project
  • Actively and successfully manage the sales process: lead generation; appointment setting ; presentation of services: preparation of proposal, follow up and negotiation; obtaining the contract and handover to the operation team
  • Develop and keep relation with related authorities of the sector
  • Put in place and keep high efficiency of a market information and industry intelligence system
  • Pay regular visits to potential clients and existing clients,
  • Responsible to report all the opportunities, proposals and contract in database
  • Develop technical and commercial proposal to replying to call for tender, with support of technical team
  • Liaison with other countries, Technical Centers and related to get the necessary support
  • Identify and obtain the new and existing legislation, regulation and standard and codes which may lead to develop our business
  • Responsible for all the marketing actions (events, fair, workshop) of the sector
  • Responsible of Myanmar sales target for Industry and Construction Business Line
  • Preparation of the commercial performance report for management.

Job Requirements

  • Thai Nationality, age not over 40 years
  • High technical education with industry related background, Bachelor degree is a minimum.
  • Dual education for technical and commercial or management is better.
  • About 10years experiences in Construction.
  • Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, Power and Utilities, Processes Industry is a plus
  • Deep knowledge about the value chain of Construction and Oil & Gas industry, from design house, to EPC, to manufacturing, to construction & installation, to commissioning, to in service maintenance, to dismantling.
  • Good knowledge about issues in the fields of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment for Construction and Oil & Gas industry sector, has related experience in QA/QC for Construction and Oil & Gas industry is preferred.
  • Good professional background and capability to dialogue with client top management and project manager
  • Good skills in communication, negotiation
  • Proficient in office software (Lotus Note, MS office, PowerPoint, MS project management)
  • Fluent in English
  • Sales-oriented and self-motivated
  • Good sense in business development
  • Good entrepreneur skills
