Develop the business of commercial accounts in the areas of direct, forwarders, bancassurance, schemes and/or any associations;
Develop new business prospects and referrals through Bank partnership;
Deliver high standard of services and build relationship with Bank partners and direct customers;
Support the growth by developing / exploring new direct distribution channels;
Prepare and implementation of marketing and sales program;
Ensure excellent customer service quality;
Achieve goals of portfolio growth and sales / business target set for the Division;
Involve in strategic planning and execution of business plans;
Facilitate legal and operational compliance of all business activities;
Enhance business retention;
Provide regular and ad hoc MIS reports for monitoring of business performance.
Degree holder in marketing, business administration or related disciplines preferred;
Professional qualifications such as ANZIIF or ACII are required;
10 yearsí experience in underwriting and sales & marketing of which at least 3 years are at managerial capacity;
Good knowledge of all lines of general insurance products and claims handling;
Sound sales, relationship management and underwriting skills;
Good understanding of the industry trend and strong business sense;
Customer-centered, result-oriented and proactive;
Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese.
