Job Description

  • Managing the company’s business development for real estate projects
  • Conduct market research and feasibility studies for new projects
  • Develop the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives
  • Manage partners, contractors and suppliers for projects
  • Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships

Job Requirements

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in the real estate sector
  • Strong creative, organizational, problem solving and time-management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive, with the ability to work well independently and as a team with tight deadlines
  • Able to take projects from start to finish with minimal supervision
  • Professional, positive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to observe and learn
  • The ability to work under pressure and towards a deadline
  • Attention to detail
  • Good business sense and budget awareness
