Job Description

  • Provide overall leadership for the success of the market-based approach
  • Develop program plans and budgets
  • Oversee program financial management and reporting
  • Ensure adequate logistics and operations support for field teams
  • Monitor and analyze program progress and performance, and continuously seek to improve operations using incremental and innovative solutions
  • Data management and quality control:
  • ensure accurate collection of program performance data by the field teams and assist the Regional Managers and Area Managers with monitoring of key performance indicators
  • overall responsibility for data management and quality control, and for producing timely reports for management and donors
  • Develop the staff training curriculum and provide training and coaching the team
  • Undertake staff performance reviews. Ensure performance reviews are conducted in an appropriate and timely manner and ensure performance feedback is provided to the team
  • Support the Regional Managers and Area Managers to strengthen the supply chain of private sector actors for sustainable outcomes
  • Undertake various administrative tasks in English and Khmer as required
  • Provide external representation. Assist to build and maintain strong working relationships with outside partners of WaterSHED; represent WaterSHED at sector meetings
  • Undertake other duties as required  

Job Requirements

  • University Degree in business and marketing or other relevant qualification
  • Proven experience in management, business development, marketing, data analysis or related fields
  • Proven experience in:
  • Project management, and financial management
  • Team motivation and building
  • Training and capacity building
  • Negotiation and leadership
  • Sales and marketing
  • Data collection tools, data tracking and reporting and project evaluation
  • Communication with government all various level
  • Familiarity with modern technology and communication
  • Fluency in Khmer, oral and written
  • Driverís license and driving experience
