Job Description


  • Research the markets and monitor key trends to capture major new business opportunities. Understand competition. Build up strong industry knowledge and expertise.

  • Aggressively identify prospects. Develop and nurture relationship with key personnel at multiple levels. Build up Intl.SOS’ brand equity and “top-of-the-mind” recall in all product lines among decision makers in the assigned industry sectors.

  • Identify prospects/clients’ real needs through consultative probing. Effectively influence and help prospects to recognize their needs. Develop suitable solutions for prospects and influence prospects in their final buying decisions.

  • Build up Intl.SOS’ brand equity and “top-of-the-mind” recall in all product lines among decision makers in

  • the assigned industry sectors.Identify prospects/clients’ real needs through consultative probing. Effectively influence and help prospects to recognize their needs. Develop suitable solutions for prospects and influence prospects in their final buying decisions.

  • Convince prospects of Intl.SOS’ values which significantly differentiate us from competitors.

  • Develop and execute Key Account Management plans. Aggressively identify Account Extension / up-selling opportunities.

  • Ensure Intl.SOS’ dominant position in the assigned sectors by not missing out on any single major opportunity in all business lines.

  • Work closely with the Operations Department to develop high quality and sustainable solutions that are within Intl.SOS’ capability and capacity based on prospects’ needs and objectives. Ensure service delivery exceeds client’s expectations.

  • Maintain 100% renewal rate.

  • Work closely with Account Servicing team to manage post-sales support around an “event calendar”, such as periodic service reviews with clients, training, co-marketing & promotional activities. Drive client communications with their customers, proactively engage clients to promote service utilizations and effectively manage clients’ expectations.

  • Work closely with Commercial Desk to ensure favorable contractual and commercial terms for Intl.SOS.

  • Improve conversion rate and shorten selling cycle.

Job Requirements


  • At least 7 years of experience in consultative selling in a B2B environment

  • Extensive and demonstrable successful sales and account management

  • Experience in selling to financial industry is preferred

  • Full understandign of the B to B to C (wholesale) environment

  • Superior presentation skills including formal presentation

  • Excellent in working with MS Word, MS Excel, and/or CRM applicaton

  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership

  • Aggressive: strong will to win and excel

  • Passionate, positive, constructive, energetic & enthusiastic

  • Good team player, presentable & polished
