Job Description


  • Develop quarterly action plan to meet value target of assigned product approved by GM/CEO

  • Work with marketing team to promote brands, create user awareness and generate demand

  • Actively and professionally manage the entire product sales cycle from lead generation, lead management to prospecting, arranging appointments, preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating, closing and handing over new accounts to the corporate sales team

  • Ensure that all sales opportunities are fully captured and fully explored

  • Build, manage and maintain a substantial pipeline and to ensure that all pipeline activity is accurately documented and kept up-to-date

  • Thoroughly research and understand prospects’ products, competition, industry, marketing goals and objectives, overall business requirements and ROI objectives, and to advise clients accordingly on the best mix of products and services required to meet these objectives

  • Create polished proposals, presentations, contracts and other documentation, in line with relevant department procedures. To ensure all written work is of a top quality standard and adheres to Anana’s brand guidance at all times

  • Respond to tenders, Requests For Proposals (RFPs) and other requests for information in a timely and organized manner

Job Requirements


  • University degree in marketing, IT and/or electric/electronic field

  • Sound understanding of marketing product development

  • At least three years of experience in IT/Electric product management or business development role

  • B2B Sales Management and Negotiation Skill

  • Good public speaking, presentation and strong communication-oral, reporting and planning

  • Be able to manage and motivate people in different team so that they can work together to achieve sales target

  • Honesty, hard-working and result-oriented

  • Friendly and outgoing

  • IT / Electrics savvy
