Job Description


  • Drafting and responsible for the distribution of marketing strategy and literature for use by related staffs

  • Maintaining all communications lines with key customers

  • Setting up and maintaining the banking relationship

  • Meeting up with top 20 customers on monthly basis for business growth purpose

  • Responsible for new client development and subscription

  • Responsible for prospecting for new clients for credit bureau services

  • Responsible for handling all potential client inquiries and investigating client complaints

  • Responsible for establishing and carrying out marketing program

  • Responsible for obtaining all necessary contract and membership information required from clients and potential clients

  • Liaison between clients and credit bureau

  • Decision in staffing as if required

  • Adhere to all administrative rules and regulations of Credit Bureau

Job Requirements


  • At least 5 years experience in a senior management position responsible for staff supervision and development

  • Experience in product and portfolio development, preferably related to financial services

  • Must be fluent in Khmer and English
