Job Description

Monroe Consulting Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a global leader in implementation consulting. 

Responsibilities:
  • Develop an effective business plan with the management team to maximize on the current situation and potential
  • Develop and acquire new businesses in Indonesia
  • Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluate their position in the industry
  • Understand clients’ requirements and present the company appropriately
  • Refine potential service enhancements or product migration opportunities to penetrate new markets and existing relationships
  • Review and present new ideas to directors and operation team
  • Build strong working relationship with operation team and plan and coordinate collaborative action and cooperation with operation team to ensure the maximization of existing market knowledge and relationships
  • To be the contact between the company and its existing and potential markets
  • Gather market and industry information

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (min.) from related majors
  • Five years’ (min.) sales experience
  • Success-sales focused to maximize incentive-based salary
  • Experienced in selling service-oriented solutions to C-level executives
  • Experienced in presenting and dealing with C-level executives and decision-makers
  • Strong network with Indonesia’s state-owned enterprise officials
  • Confident with senior executives of leading Indonesian and multinational companies
  • Willing to learn; respects feedback as part of development process
  • Can work independently, or as part of an energetic, exciting team of like-minded individuals
  • Desire to develop rewarding career
  • Aggressive, active, dynamic and charismatic
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Result-oriented
  • Positive and can-do attitude
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
