Build and maintain external networking relationships including but not limited to Real Estate Brokers/Agents, Architectural and Design firms, Commercial Leasing Agencies, Commercial Flooring and Wall Covering companies and Construction Contractors;
Analyses and plans innovative strategies of selling.
Endeavors to build healthy bonds with new clients.
Work with each strategic sales team to develop target account lists;
System update and Writing reports
Providing management with feedback
Understands the company's reputation and ensures to retain that image by continually enhancing the organization’s performance.
Internal communication - sales associates, sales management, furniture operations teams (warehouse, delivery, project coordination, install and Furniture team design)
External – customers, vendors and suppliers.
Minimum of 3 years experiences in real estate and/or related industry as B2B sales or Account manager.
Passionate in real estate development
Good listener and strong initiative
A team leader attitude and dynamic personality
Able to travel and a know-how individual
Strong communication and negotiable skill, flexible, and high ability to communicate with senior people
