Define long-term organizational strategic goals, builds key customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals and drive the new sales business for the company in Indochina market
Responsible for the overall management of all strategic and operational Marketing and Customer Relationship activities.
Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product development ideas
Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the Company`s ambitious growth
Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets
Drive distribution partners to ensure all of the company’s products are well represented in the country
Work with distribution partners to increase sales revenue, brand share and market share.

Bachelor’s degree in Science or higher degree in any related fileds
At least 8 years of experience in business development with exceptional sales achievements, including 5 years at the management level with proven leadership ability.
Must have experience in the Indochina region and B2B channel
Excellent Strategic thinking, analytical skills, presentation, negotiation and influencing skill
Be able to travel to Indochina region
Fluent command of English in both written and spoken
