Recruitment and activation of real estate brokers and a broker sales network for all assigned Projects.
Lead and manages the Brokers Network Group with the objective of, among others, increasing their commitment to Euro Towers International, Inc. and its projects, increase their capability by providing materials, and funding support for selected activities.
Conduct Project Presentations and conduct training programs when required.
Handle and manage Brokers Network's activities.
Do planning for events, incentives and promotions for Brokers Network Group.
Execute sales activities which includes, but may not be limited to, open house, exhibits, project launching and other related activities.
Coordinate with the Marketing Services group for their requirements.
Performs other related functions that may be assignment by Management from time to time.
Male or female, 25 to 35 years old.
Must possess a 4-year college degree, preferably in Marketing or Business Administration
Background in Broker Network Management in Real Estate/Property development will be an advantage.
Must be a licensed Real Estate Broker.
Must be creative with strong problem solving skills and high attention to details.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work on own initiative and desire to work in a face-paced, dynamic work environment.
Has a positive attitude, cooperative, willing to comply and adhere to company policies and procedures and work constructivelt within the department as well as with the other departments.
Must be willing to travel and work long hours.
Internet savvy and with strong knowledge and skills of computer software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook, Movie Maker and Photoshop)
