  • Being responsible for business project management (60%)
  • Being responsible for brokerage operation (40%) Essential Job Functions: Project Management Function
  • Being responsible for project planning, resource management, issue and risk management, change management, status and reporting management, cost and schedule management, and project close-out.
  • Working closely with sponsors, initiative leaders and stakeholders, and defining project scope and objectives.
  • Studying the requirements of the organization so as to prioritize the assigned projects and the project plans accordingly.
  • Estimating project budget and managing actual costs to budget.
  • Providing regular and timely communication on project status to the project team, project sponsors, stakeholders, and Project Management Committee.
  • Controlling and monitoring the project, including: forecasting; interfacing with customer regarding issues and status; monitoring task completion and milestones relative to the plan; adjusting resource assignments (e.g., assessing financials to determine whether additional resources can be allocated)
  • Making sure that the stakeholders, team members, and all other related personnel are aware of their respective responsibilities and duties and basically, their participation in the project
  • Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with the teams, providing input to discussions, anticipating issues and proactively helping to find solutions in advance of any deadlines.
  • Identifying and managing project risks including contingency planning and making recommendations to change plans to reduce risk or get project back on track.
  • Other duties as assigned Brokerage Operation Function
  • Coaching and developing brokerage team to achieve productivity and quality targets in order to deliver superior service.
  • Leveraging available resources to meet daily service targets, improve customer satisfaction, support projects in alignment with company direction.
  • Managing high risk / exposure items and maintaining flawless execution for processing and service items.
  • Being responsible for monitoring daily workflow and identifying necessary changes to drive continued efficiencies
  • High level problem resolution utilizing extensive industry knowledge
  • Reviewing and approving required reports, reporting concerns to appropriate parties Performing/monitoring follow-up on outstanding items

Job Requirements

  • The basic degree required in a candidate is a Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, sales, finance or economics from an accredited institution.
  • Strong knowledge of project management best practices and methodologies.
  • Experience in insurance or brokerage would be an advantage.
  • Good leadership, planning, organizing, follow-up and analytical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written.
  • Must have excellent negotiation and trouble shooting skills.
  • Working well under pressure, with limited supervision, and under time constraints.
  • Ability to think globally and use solid judgment and superior ability to prioritize complex tasks.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Very good English communication skills in both verbal and written.
  • Reporting to CFO
