The Brand Manager will help lead the seasonal Go-To-Market process, both internally and external with Principal, and also drive prescribed growth against key categories and product assortments while acting as the lead manager who ensures that account relationships are maximized, goals and targets are met, products are shipped, inventories are healthy and invoicing and payments are completed.
The Brand Manager is also responsible for market sensing and competitive intelligence and in ensuring that winning strategies are developed and executed to beat the competition and gain market share.
The Brand Manager is also a team leader responsible for developing and motivating direct reports and other team members as tasked.
He/she will also partner with the Board of Director to develop and drive strategies for their brand in Vietnam.
