Job Description

  • Assist the Marketing Manager in the development of brand
  • To develop and implementation marketing and promotion plan for the assigned brands/products to achieve the annual targets, as agreed with Marketing Manager
  • To manage and track A&P funds to be within the marketing budget, as agreed with Marketing Manager
  • Ensuring alignment across the Sales, Trade Marketing and Supply Chain departments on forecasts, field sales needs, pricing and marketing initiatives
  • To monitor and analyze sell- out and sell- in data per region/team to ensure the smooth implementation and successful execution of brand programs, recommend programs for growth and development
  • To work side-by-side with Trade Marketing & Sales Department in developing product display, merchandising & point of sales materials and selling tool
  • Be the category expert (Especially Dairy category) and monitor competitor pricing, competitor activity, promotional programs and new competitor brand launches. Develop action plans to counter act competitor activities.
  • Liaison with brand principles to recommend/follow up/implement agreed activities
  • To contact with suppliers for getting quotation, mock-up and to manage POSM quantity
  • Work closely and cohesively with the Brand principal(s)
  • Others works assigned by Marketing Manager

Job Requirements

  • University graduated, major in Marketing, Business administration.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience within Marketing in the FMCG industry, prefer candidates have experience in Dairy Category
  • Strong reporting skills, numeric ability and sales analysis
  • Strong management skills, strategic thinking, business acumen
  • Superior skills in with Excel, Good skills in Word & PowerPoint
  • Has good foundations and understanding of Trade Marketing and in-store and On-Premise activation
  • Dynamic and capable of multi-tasking
  • Pro-active, adaptive, and good follow-through
  • Positive attitude, result oriented, resourceful, innovative
  • Be able to travel and work with minimum supervision as well as a team player
  • Strong command of English in writing & speaking
