This position is responsible for the development and recommendation of annual business and marketing plans for brands assigned; the management, coordination and successful execution of marketing programs to achieve agreed-on volume, profit and market share goals for the brand, as specified in marketing plan.
Develop annual marketing plan with goals, strategies, and tactics.
Provide leadership to all functional areas to support the successful attainment of marketing goals.
Understand local consumer needs and unmet needs, translating consumer research findings into meaningful strategic actions.
Co-operate and working well with regional team including product mix development, communication development and new product launch.
Provide sound strategic thinking, and good business judgment in all aspects of marketing for the brand including product development, packaging, promotion, pricing, communication, media, etc.
Monitor and evaluate brand performance to recommend and execute appropriate changes in plans to achieve optimal results.
Manage multi-functional resources, seeking their input and involvement to ensure that all activities in support of marketing plans are coordinated to maximize brand performance.
Bachelor or Master degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent. MBA degree is preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experiences in brand/product management, particularly in FMCG industry.
Experience in Multinational Company is an advantage

Excellent command of both English & Thai in speaking, reading, and writing
