Responsible for all aspects of brandings, corporate communications for company products and overall company.
To create, implement and manage corporate branding and marketing plans to maximize brand exposure, strengthen brand equity, align with the brand marketing objectives and strategies, and maintain consistency with corporate messaging as well as divisional and business unit positioning and messaging.
To develop and implement marketing and communication plans for corporate events, and brand performance.
Responsible for the entire routine operation of the Advertising & Promotion Department and work with teams to formulate and lead new advertising strategy in the whole range of company products.
Work closely with the Marketing team in implementing all marketing and promotion strategies, product launches / campaign, media and exhibitions.
Define and implement action plans for new product launches/ advertisements/media/etc.
Monitor and obtain feedback on advertising and promotional program’s effectiveness and take appropriate corrective actions if necessary.
Identify and prepare advertising and promotional budget, annual advertising plan, oversee and conduct market research.
Oversees the production and updates of all publicity collaterals which includes monthly newsletter, leaflets, newspaper/magazine advertisements and online campaigns
Coordinate with and supervise advertising agencies in our A & P activities in Malaysia and other corporate countries.
Develop and manage Corporate communication tools like company websites, company profiles and presentations, product brochures, media releases and lead external communications and public relation activities
To carry out ad-hoc duties assigned by the management from time to time.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Commerce, Art & Design, Mass Communication, Advertising / Media or equivalent.
At least 5 years’ of experience in the branding, corporate communications, media & communication industry, preferably in publishing, public relations and/or advertising.
Develop good analytical skills and able to evaluate effectively and response to market trends and needs.
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) in English and Chinese.
Expert multi tasker with ability to deliver under tight datelines.
Established contacts with medias, journalists etc
Dynamic, enterprise, self-motivated, independent, able to work under high pressure and result orientated with strong desire for success.
