Job Description

  • Develop brand plans and brand KPIs to meet company target and growth in market share
  • Follow up execution of Brand Plans by working with agencies, vendors, internal and external stakeholders
  • Communicate and work closely with Sales team, Trade Marketing team and other departments to ensure successful completion of planned activities
  • Prepare brand health tracking plan and implement it to have regular update of Brand KPIs
  • Review brand KPIs periodically to help adjust brand plans as necessary
  • Manage brand executives / officers to work as a team to manage the brand effectively.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or professional qualification or equivalent preferably in Marketing, Business administration, Management or any related field.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in Marketing, Brand or Sales.
  • Good interpersonal skill and command of written and spoken English.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skill.
  • Knowledge of window packages (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
