Develop brand plans and brand KPIs to meet company target and growth in market share
Follow up execution of Brand Plans by working with agencies, vendors, internal and external stakeholders
Communicate and work closely with Sales team, Trade Marketing team and other departments to ensure successful completion of planned activities
Prepare brand health tracking plan and implement it to have regular update of Brand KPIs
Review brand KPIs periodically to help adjust brand plans as necessary
Manage brand executives / officers to work as a team to manage the brand effectively.
Bachelor degree or professional qualification or equivalent preferably in Marketing, Business administration, Management or any related field.
At least 2 years’ experience in Marketing, Brand or Sales.
Good interpersonal skill and command of written and spoken English.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skill.
Knowledge of window packages (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
