Develop and execute specific brand strategies and promotional campaigns in line with company objectives
Develop and implement the trade marketing
?Work closely with sales operations to differentiate and come up with effective promotional plans in dealing with respective target consumers
Work closely with the marketing team in developing POSM and to ensure the smooth implementation of promotional events
Build and maintain trustworthy business relationship with principals
Manage A&P budgets and prepare sales analysis for senior management review
Conduct market research & benchmarking in respect of market trend and competitor analysis, etc.
Degree holder with at least 12 years' extensive brand management experience
Possesses proven track record of trade marketing background
Previous experience gained from F&B / FMCG industry would be a definite advantage
Excellent command of written and spoken English, Chinese & Mandarin
Excellent analytical, presentation and communication skill
Energetic, self-motivated and be able to work independently
Proficient in MS Office applications
Willing to travel in Mainland China occasionally
