Our globally recognized FMCG client is currently seeking a Brand Manager to support the continued growth of one of their best-selling brands. This organization is well known for fast tracking individualsí careers.
Contributing to the strategic direction of the brand including brand positioning, NPD strategy, communication strategy and financial planning to maximise the P&L
Development & execution of new products and range extensions
Managing the successful launch of a range of NPD projects through strong cross functional collaboration and exceptional project management
Consumer campaign development and execution including a range of ATL media from TV to digital, promotions and sampling
Portfolio management and enhancement
Accountability for the financial management of your product/range portfolio
Liaising with multiple internal stakeholders; Innovation, PR, Consumer Insights, category, Sales, Digital, Manufacturing, Logistics, Finance across the organisation and external agencies and suppliers
Strong brand marketing experience ideally within an FMCG environment
Experience leading the development and launch of major communications programs
Ability to lead the creative agency process
Demonstrated experience in identifying actionable insights
Autonomy and the ability to work within a fast paced environment and enjoy a challenge
Strong relationship building and influencing skills
Solid financial acumen, forecasting/budgeting tools is an advantage
Strong project management skills
