To search for, identify & develop relevant and powerful opportunities for brand exposure & growth. This includes sponsorships, co-production, co-branding, tactical campaigns, new product/promo development, PR opportunities etc.
To lead strategy development using strong critical & lateral thinking skills.
To understand the evolving Cambodian brand, media and consumer landscape & the competitive set.
To work closely with Marketing Manager to develop marketing communications around these opportunities and to engage Operations throughout the process to ensure buy-in and flag any issues.
To introduce, implement & maintain work flow and process within the department
To work together with Marketing Manager to devise and develop tactical programmes + strategic platforms and pathways for short, medium and longterm brand growth.
To take tactical briefs from Operations for implementation by Marketing Department
To share tactical ideas and strategic directions to Operations from Marketing Department & gain support to implement where possible.
To be clear on objectives rather than prescriptive about how to get there.
To confidently present concepts/brand development presentations within the department, to other departments within CBM, and to suppliers as required.
To provide patient leadership for junior team members.
To advise and support upstream and downstream.
To liaise with 3rd party suppliers, particularly Media & Agency partners
Be honest and transparent in all dealings: ensure that jobs are awarded to suppliers on the basis of competency and fair competition. Be vigilant of, and report, all attempts by suppliers to buy favour, provide kickbacks or “incentives” in return for CBM business.

Background in brand development, marketing, or any business related field
3+ years proven related experience
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Instinctive feeling about future products concepts
Good analytical skills
Able to manage different projects at the same time
Energetic and passionate about their product speciality
Proficiency in Ms. Office and restaurant-related applications/software
Good command in English
