To plan, assign, supervise and coordinate the work of subordinate staff performing a wide variety of clerical functions connected with processing payroll documents and maintaining master payroll records.
To ensure that client’s wages are paid correctly and on time with 99.9% accuracy
Familiar with SAS70 or ISAE 3402 and implementation.
To generate and ensure that all the necessary payroll reports (such as Income Tax, EPF, Socso and other deductions) are accurate and processed on time
To understand, interpret and apply a wide variety of policies, procedures and regulations relating to payroll operations and the efficient functioning of computerized payroll systems
To effectively organize workflow and establish priorities to meet client satisfactions.
To develop and implement new procedures to meet the changing needs
To analyze problem situations and develop an effective course of action.
To establish and maintain effective working relationships with subordinate departmental representatives and others contacted in the course of work.
To execute and deliver the client’s payroll according to the agreed schedule.
To manage and advise clients in Payroll related inquiry including some Human Resource practice.
To effectively escalate operation issues to a more senior-level.
To handle any other assignments/projects as assigned by the management.
To ensure consistent high quality service are provided to the clients.
To motivate, inspire and lead effectively to ensure staff members achieve their objectives and meet with the customer requirements.
To ensure that the risk is minimized and efficiencies are maximized through effective management.
To ensure that the operation are managed in a manner that protects the company
To ensure the team members are competent, well trained and able to perform their payroll outsourcing duties
To attend meetings with clients and others representing company in outsourcing matters
To update the management and staff with the latest BPO requirements/and or process.
Bachelor Degree in Human Resource/Business Admin or its equivalent.
Must good command in English, both spoken and written, good communication and interpersonal skills.
Minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in Payroll Outsourcing activities.
Initiative with good analytical skills, the ability to work under minimal supervision and able to handle multi-tasking roles.
Strong understanding in Human Resource Policy, Procedure and Activities.
Possessing own transportation would be an added advantage.
Experience of handling payroll for Indonesia, Singapore and Asia region will be advantage.
