Increase Park of B2B Nespresso machines according to Nespresso’s Requirement.
Increase Sales turn over according to Nespresso’s requirement to ensure the yearly, quarterly and monthly target revenue of the company.
Present sales strategies, annual business plan, and action plan.
Establish and develop Horeca distribution network in Vietnam;
Managing the key account customers of Annam Ho Chi Minh and Provinces, directly and indirectly.
Negotiate, finalize and follow deals with Key Account in Vietnam.
Supporting to Sales Representatives in dealing with the difficulties related to debt and others.
Prepare daily/ weekly/ monthly reports on the sales volume, revenue for each outlet/ region/ staff;
Prepare monthly report with market analysis including: Competition price, portfolio, new products, marketing, Company new outlets, products needs and price position analyze.
At least 3 years experience at Sales Manager position, prefer candidates have experience in coffee machines
Strong understanding of F&B Market in Horeca
Good training skill and management skill
Good communication in English. French is a plus
