To manage and grow a portfolio of highly profitable clients in the agri space for the bank
Actively engage with senior management of the firms to show case the product capabilities of the bank both from a cash and trade perspective.
Act as the point of contact for all client’s product related banking needs, liaising closely with specialised internal teams like the structured trade finance team as well as coordinating complex cash management structures for the client with internal specialist cash teams
At least 8+ years of experience in Corporate or Transaction Banking
Strong trade finance knowledge, especially on the traditional trade part of this spectrum
Capability and maturity to independently manage and hold their own in client relationships
Broad product knowledge across cash management to be able to initiate simple conversation around basic cash management offerings.
Strong stakeholder management skills to work with internal teams on the more complex cash and trade requirements on the clients
