Ensure the database of job description of the assigned Operations team is maintained structurally and always up to date
Conduct training analysis and department head to organise training courses during the year.
Coordinate to ensure all training courses implemented on time in full with proper logistic arrangement
Lead or participate in other projects
Provide reports and analysis
At least Bachelor degree.
At least 5 years experience in HR, with at least 3 years at managerial positions in multinational companies.
Good level of English
